Innovation comes in many shapes and sizes. Sometimes you can't
even see it, even though it's right in our face. Scientists in New
Zealand have recently discovered a cow, that they named Marge, which
produces skim milk. They are now in the process of building a herd
around Marge. The researchers can't take credit for developing the
innovative gene in Marge’s DNA, but they did have the good sense to
recognize its value.
