In following up on one of our prior blogs, we wish to inform you of great advances in Pig Poop Technology. Dr. Yuanhui Zhang of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his staff of graduate students have engineered a process to convert swine manure to oil.  If you haven't gotten wind of it yet, you can read about it and Dr. Zhang in the two links listed below. Their process solved two messy problems; how to get more oil and what to do with pig poop. All jokes aside, this is really a remarkable achievement.
